Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Consultant in the IT field;
  • Knowledge of the nature and characteristics of work, as well as a good understanding of the recruitment process; 
  • Proficiency in using recruitment websites or social networks to look for & find talented candidates, interesting profiles; 
  • Owning a good database or pipeline of IT profiles; 
  • Knowledge on how to treat and keep contact well with partners or potential candidates; 
  • Ability to organize, arrange the work proficiently; 
  • Knowledge on how to make a plan or work strategy; 
  • Strong communication skills, soft skills, negotiation & critical thinking skills;
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, self-discipline and open mindset person;
  • Highly responsible, with the ability to work in a very dynamic environment; 
  • Good level of English.
     

Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement a recruiting plan based on recruitment needs; 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design interesting job descriptions & deploy recruiting campaigns and job advertisements for attracting talents; 
  • Execute & be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment (such as searching, screening CVs, call interviews, assessments, in-depth interviews, and offers); 
  • Be active and creative in sourcing on many channels (recruitment websites, social networks, groups, forum, career fairs etc.);
  • Develop & maintain candidate database;
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding of new employees;
  • Propose ideas & solutions that support the company brand, for the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition policies and processes; 
  • Attend events/ conferences/ seminars whenever possible (job fairs, career day etc.); 
  • Create and maintain a good relationship with Information Technology Universities, Institutes, or Organizations; 
  • Create a weekly recruitment report and a monthly newsletter; 
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by/ shared with the Leader or Supervisor;
  • Achieve the recruitment KPIs. 
     

Extra skills

  • Previous headhunting experience or management/ leadership skills; 
  • French language skills are an advantage.
