We have a new job opening in the Hanoi agency. We are putting together a team of Talent Acquisition Specialits (5-10 people) who want to continue growing their career in a work environment where talent and ambition are recognized and awarded.

Job requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT field;
  • Good understanding of the recruitment process; 
  • Familiar with recruitment websites or social networks, where you will look for & find talented candidates, interesting profiles;
  • Owner of a good database or pipeline of IT profiles;
  • Knowledge on how to treat and keep contact with partners or potential candidates;
  • Ability to organize and arrange the work proficiently;
  • Strong communication skills, soft skills, negotiation tactics;
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, highly responsible, self-disciplined and open mindset person;
  • English language skills would be a great plus.


  • Focus mainly on sourcing suitable candidates; 
  • Work along with the Recruitment team to identify and recruit passive candidates, by using different sourcing strategies;
  • Work with the team to implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates;
  • Manage and update the internal database on a daily basis;
  • Propose and implement a recruitment plan based on recruitment needs;
  • Be active and creative in sourcing on as many channels as possible (recruitment websites, social networks, groups, forums, career fairs etc.);
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding of new employees;
  • Create a weekly recruitment report; 
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by/ shared with the Leader or Supervisor;
  • Achieve the recruitment KPIs.
