Software Developer.

- The project’s architecture was a modular monolith written in .NET 5, where CQRS was applied all over the solution, SQL Server as database, RabbitMQ with MassTransit for the event bus, and a front-end app written in Angular 11 (was later migrated to Angular 13 by a separate team).

- Was part of the team that put together a new flow for integrating already existing 3rd party banking systems. The improvements consisted in:
  • Created a new concept called wish list which consisted of a dynamic client-managed list of desired banks, made easily accessible to the customer onboarding teams to improve their process
  • Recommending the best banking system based on the bank’s country and the current stats using two different approaches:
    - An automated recommendation which was calculated based on the average rate of connection failures
    - Manual recommendations from an expert – these recommendations had precedence over the automated ones
  • Incident management which mainly consisted in marking each banking system as faulty – this automatically prevented any user from attempting to create a new connection.
  • Technical documentation for each connection flow, easily accessible for anyone trying to connect a new banking system – also done to improve the onboarding process, since most of the connectivity documentation was scattered.
