I. Automation DevOps, Agile Software Development & Tech Support Lead (Dec 2018 - Jun 2020)
  • Automation: the main goals for this team are to automate the templates and jobs that several platforms use for the daily operation, the team need to focus and be aware every day for updates and improvements that need to be done or are required by the business.
  • Software development: our project is to develop a new SaaS application that need to accomplish the business requirements that include, performance, payments, active accounts, update balances, create reports, send gift cards, admin portal, data analysis and statistical reports for business support.

II. JIRA Onboarding Process & Marketing Department (Nov 2017 - Nov 2018)
  • Responsible for all data migration projects between internal customer apps and responsible for the JIRA Onboarding process.
  • Collaborated and managed with different areas and multidisciplinary teams, execute the onboarding with US, India, Malaysia, China & Turkey development teams.
  • Responsible for the analysis, mapping, designing, implementing and executing the migration from ALM (Application Lifecycle Manager Software) and AGM (HP Agile Manager Software) into JIRA Software to centralize all the data into one single Repository Document Tool.
  • Responsible for all the processes, workflow and support manager as a JIRA owner.

III. ERMS Legal Department (Sep 2016 - Oct 2017)
  • Responsible for managing the project and my team.
  • Organized the technical team to identify and monitoring several applications.
  • Managed 45 applications looking for issues and ensure all the invoices are in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
