Pentalog Products DevelopmentJanuary 2017 - December 2021

Product Owner (with a mix of Scrum Master role on one project) handling various initiatives inside the Pentalog Group:
  • Analysis and definition of a solution of a unified communication tool inside the group.
  • Gap Analysis of different Document Management System solutions to be implemented inside the Pentalog platform.
  • Managed the analysis and implementation of automation features into the SkillValue platform using Adobe Sign: from electronic signature workflow, agreement generation to contract signing. The Contract Flow automation helped boosting the Freelance Growth.
  • Managed the maintenance and new evolution for the Pentalog Price Catalog portal (a website that displayed commercial prices used by Pentalog and that listed Pentalog group profiles).
  • Managing the integration of Azure Active Directory as the platform’s unique identity and access management solution.
  • Managing the analysis and implementation of a new Skills Pricing System for the group.
  • Digitization and aggregation of Pentalog platform’s data using various Microsoft Azure solutions, such as: Azure Cognitive Search & Azure Data Factory.
