Scrum Master.
Participation in the development of the following main projects within the company.
1.
Agile coach - created from scratch a 4 month demo project in which a team from Japan learned what it means to have an Agile mindset and work with Scrum/ Kanban frameworks.
2.
MyWeb app - ioS/ Android app in which the user can track and make changes to his services at VM):
- 2 scrum teams, with a total of 14 members (7 developers, 4 testers manual + automation, 1 Business Analyst and 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master.
3.
AWS - created promotion campaigns for Virgin Media products):
- 1 scrum team (5 developers, 1tester, 1 business analyst, 1 product owner and 1 scrum master.
4.
Digital QA - conducting the last layer of smoke testing on the live Virgin Media environment.
5.
Cronos / Timekeeping In house time management mobile app):
- Internal project composed out of 3 developers and 1 tester. My role here is Scrum Master and proxy Product Owner.
6.
giffgafi - income management mobile app for both Android and iOS):
- 3 Scrum teams, with a total of 19 members (10 developers, 5 testers, 2 Business Analysts and 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master.
7.
AEM development - presentation and sales platform build in AEM - adobe experience manager, with dedicate and custom build components.
- Serving and supporting the product owner, business analysts and development teams in their quest to reach their goals.
- Guiding and coaching development teams on how to use Agile/Scrum methodologies in meeting customer requirements.
- Removing impediments or guiding the teams on how to remove them.
- Building a safe and trusting environment where problems can be solved without the fear of blame or being judged with an emphasis of problem solving.
- Facilitating discussions, conflict resolution and decision making.
- Assessing the Scrum maturity of teams and coaching them to a higher level, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for them and the organization.
- Leading, guiding and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
- Motivating and inspiring cross functional teams in delivering every feature at the desired pace.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
- Monitoring and reporting key Agile performance metrics to leadership team.
- Creating and managing the Scrum board in Jira, each board with specific particularities.
- Mentoring the team when they made the transition from Kanban to Scrum.
- Monitoring and improving teams processes when following the Scrum framework.
