Project Manager for a company that provides full-stack web development solutions.
- In this role, I have two main responsibilities: Customer Success and Project Management.
Organizing and managing onboarding meetings with customers in which we discuss the modus operandi, expectations, communication channels, and project roadmap;
Attending weekly meetings with the customers, in which we discuss the project status, the satisfaction with the team and progress, the project roadmap and future plans;
Identifying and capitalizing upon expanding the team based on the current state of happiness and identified needs of the project;
Ensuring the visibility of the project status to the upper management.
Coordinating projects through initiation, planning, execution and launch, monitoring, and project close;
Taking part in the project kickoff and understanding the project goals and deliverables;
Creating project roadmaps, Work Breakdown Structures, and Gantt charts;
Coordinating the project team and guiding them towards successful project delivery that meets the deadline and quality expectations;
Prioritizing tasks and ensuring the delivery deadline is met;
Combing the backlog, arranging and optimizing it;
Organizing and presiding over the daily Scrum meetings;
Acting as conflict mediator between team members and project teams;
Having 1 on 1meetings with each of the team members I manage, reporting to upper management when red flags are discovered;
Taking responsibility for customer escalations, planning root cause analysis of the escalated problems, collaborating with technical leads and customers to fix the issue by creating feasible action items for all people involved and communicating their resolution;
Providing input and feedback for team members involved in the performance evaluation process.
