The role of a CTO in a digital bank with Stewart Bromley

About this exclusive PentaBAR

The CTO is famous for constant evolution and the pandemic’s need for adaptation has added a new role to this complex leadership position, that of playmaker.

Digital banking provides a window into this transformation. As companies embrace new technologies to improve processes, make better decisions and stay ahead of a fast-changing game, it’s up to the CTO to upgrade IT capabilities and support the business with strong tech strategies.

In this special PentaBAR edition, we will zoom in on what it means to be a CTO in a digital bank, with the help of a senior tech executive, Stewart Bromley – the Chief Technology Officer of Atom Bank.

Bromley will join Pentalog’s Chief Platform Officer Cornel Fatulescu, in a heart-to-heart talk about what it takes to hold an executive-level position at UK’s first app-based bank.

If you are a CTO, a technical manager or a technical director looking to get a perspective on this role, we invite you for an insight on the valuable tools of a successful CTO, Atom Bank’s technology strategy and views on leadership.
