Pentalog Named Top 100 IT Outsourcing Leader, with High Marks for Customer Focus

It’s great to be applauded for caring about your customers.

That’s why I am very pleased to announce that Pentalog has been named a 2023 IOAP Global Outsourcing 100 Leader for excellence in software development services with strong customer relationships, quality processes and corporate mission.

While securing a position in the “Leaders” listing for the second time in a row is already gratifying, we particularly appreciate that the IOAP, a prestigious industry trade association, recognized our strong commitment to customer relationships, quality processes and our company’s vibrant social mission, especially during a particularly complex time for the industry.  

According to the IOAP, we can take particular pride in having earned this top spot among our competition during a particularly complex time for the industry. My congratulations and thanks to the terrific teamwork begin this news.

Rigorous Scoring & Review

The 2023 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors based on rigorous scoring and independent review by a panel comprising highly respected organizations such as the University of Bamberg, Sprint, the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences, CIGNA, Docusign and Transamerica. 

“The companies on this list are setting the industry standard for excellence in all aspects of outsourcing services,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. “These companies have been carefully evaluated based on both quantitative data points as well as qualitative data points from customers and experts.“ 

According to the IOAP, Pentalog is distinguished among organizations in the industry and is recognized as a leader based on the strength of our customer references, our commitment to quality as exhibited security and data governance policies among others as well as for our company mission for social responsibility.

Gaining attention for caring about our customers, for our commitment to excellence and for our commitment to our communities is of course very welcome but it’s no surprise. We have made these areas a strategic priority for a long time.
