|Dear readers,In 2010, we managed to meet our objectives under conditions that remained difficult. Both our customers, 99% of whom remained faithful to us in these tough times, and our employees held on in 2010, as well as in 2009. I am grateful to them. Overall dynamics remained so strong that we had to recruit an additional 200 employees this year, in java, dotnet, in embedded technologies for the banking sector, telecommunications, e-commerce, energy, tourism, tertiary services and the industry.
Our most important customers are now working with between 50 and 100 Pentalog employees based on different types of contract, and thoroughly benefit from the Pan-European model that we have been building over the last 11 years: freedom of movement for our Romanian employees, lower costs offered by our Moldovan and Vietnamese offices, Israeli front office.What are our objectives for 2011 after having achieved a 35% growth in 2010? This year, our IT outsourcing company intends to earn a CMMI 3 rating for most of its production sites in order to further increase customer satisfaction. The recommendation rate already reached 90% in the second half of 2010. Moreover, we want to expand our production for the German market (which increased by 40% this year). Vietnam must also make progress within Israeli-Vietnamese and Romanian-Vietnamese production partnerships which have now been proven. Our Israeli office is also expected to take off and generate sales for the Pentalog Group. All these factors put together should enable us to achieve yet another high-level performance of approximately 30% and thus register a sales figure of 20-25M€. No French player can match this nearshore performance.But all this is feasible only if the market, our customers, our potential clients and our partners also develop in all serenity.
