About Adil Harmatallah
With over 21 years’ IT experience, Adil has managed projects in various sectors and locations across Europe and Africa. Having led international teams of up to 75 people, he demonstrates excellent organizational, technical and interpersonal skills.
Adil joined Pentalog as Customer Success Manager in 2023 to set up the 16th Nearshore Delivery Centre and the 1st in Africa – supporting clients from Europe, North America and other countries. His role includes office set-up, recruitment, resource and budget management, and implementing the best group’s practices for quality communication and software delivery. Adil also provides client support throughout the project lifecycle, including business follow-up, nearshore strategy consulting, agile methodology implementation and project management.
Adil’s qualifications include IT Delivery Centre Management, Lean Management, Agile Methodologies, Continuous Improvement and more. He is a certified Senior Delivery Manager (ESCP Europe), Professional Scrum Master, Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (Centrale Paris) and Prince2.
Adil is a hands-on leader who strives for excellence and mentors his colleagues.
