About Iulia Avram

Iulia is a results-oriented Project Director and Proxy Product Owner who assists our clients in building their innovative products. Having coordinated multiple teams of up to 25 people, she is a resourceful leader able to drive a project’s success while leveraging the advantages of the Agile methodology.Owing to her background in IT as well as her extensive experience in project management and product ownership, Iulia helps clients define their business needs and provides tailored technical and functional solutions based on a thorough analysis of their field of activity. She ensures that projects run smoothly every step of the way, all along the entire software product lifecycle: planning, implementation, delivery, acceptance testing, and installation.
