Located in the upper area of Barcelona, Restaurante Hofmann is the restaurant of  the Hofmann Hospitality School, where we apply a philosophy of cooking that merges styles and techniques, traditional and avant-garde, a cuisine with marked Mediterranean roots inspired by typical dishes of Catalan cuisine and based on the careful selection of raw materials, a careful preparation and presentations that do not leave room for improvisation.
