My time at Smart has been divided into two distinct periods.

June 2015 - December 2016:

Recruited to work both with premium publishers in France & Internationally (Switzerland, Turkey, Australia, Singapore & UK).

Responsibilities consist of:
• Maintaining relationship with stakeholders.
• Following the deployment of the solutions with new customers.
• Ownership of client satisfaction.
• External & internal training.
• Assisting with product improvements.
• Interfacing with the internal teams (product, sales, R&D).

December 2016-Present:

Moved to working full time on the international market, which entailed the addition of the following responsibilities:
• Conception, implementation and deployment of client service management process with our reseller partners (Nordics & Turkey).
• Reseller partner solution training.
• Participation in transverse internal projects.
• Public speaking & presentations.

Founded in 2006, Keyade offers a suite of solutions to Advertisers across SEM, Display and Social media channels.
Daily duties included; pre-sale product consulting, post-sale implementation & n2+3 technical support on the full suite of solutions.
Consulting on the implementation of 3rd party solutions (Eulerian, TagCommander & DoubleClick) and their compatibility with the product.
Development of customer on-boarding processes.
Provided internal & external training.

Transaction Network ServicesJanuary 2013 - March 2013

Principle roles included; management of network and telecommunication services and client relations.  Management of incident investigation, involving operators (Orange, SFR, Bougues, Hexanet). Coordination of internal and external technical teams (UK, France, and Ireland).  Monitoring service status (SLA, traffic, access to service) utilising Linux/Unix and Cisco. Also involved in development and trials of monitoring procedures.
