- Author of work product: ``HW Safety Analysis'' - quantitative assessment of safety mechanisms effectiveness (Diagnostic Coverage in %)
- Author of work product: ``Reliability Analysis'' - failure rate estimations based on mission profiles using IEC TR 62380
- Responsible for extending and supporting work product: ``Technical Safety Concept'' in Doors upstream traceability to upper level requirements and down-stream traceability to HW design documents (MDD - Module Design Description), HARA, FMEA, verification by review/inspection & verification by test
* Worked with customers to understand requirements and provide exceptional service.

* Developed and drove standardised approach for safety analysis (hardware fault metrics [method 2] , FMEA and reliability analysis) across the team in a bid to achieve ASPICE level compliance for projects across the team.
* Saved significant amount of resources through initiatives that enabled work product re-use while still ensuring customer requirements are met.
* Led new functional safety software (Medini, ReliaSoft) testing with the aim of checking for software deployment feasibility across team and training of team on software use.
* Developed standard processes and work instructions for new software deployed to team.
* Introduced a medium of harmonization /collaboration between column drive and belt drive project and functional safety teams through weekly engagements and passing on of new learnings across each team to maintain consistency in approach for work product development and knowledge share. This was important as I identified the need for close cooperation among the teams to share information and develop solutions to meet broad array of deliverables.
* Developed and maintained website for easier functional safety team communications and information cascade.
* Led functional safety internship team in delivering their targets through weekly 1-1 touch base to identify needs and where training would be required and where necessary, followed it through for management approval.
* Led a team of 4 offshore teams and 1 intern towards delivery of projects locally and in Asia Pacific (AP) for AP based projects.
* Developed competence of offshore team through weekly 1-1 to ensure I have visibility on all responsible AP projects, providing necessary oversight and safety advice.
* Achieved ASPICE level 1,2 on projects through active engagement of project engineering team where interfaces between functional safety work products and non-functional safety work products overlapped.
* Designed and developed internship development plan for functional safety interns. This has so far been used as a guide/template for engineering team's own internship development program.
* Managed entire internship recruitment process for functional safety department with active engagement with human resource team to ensure right talents are recruited to team.
* Resolved numerous conflicts and negotiated agreements between parties in order to reach win-win solutions to disagreements and clarify misunderstandings

* Led incident investigations, using tools like tripod beta, 5 Ys, Root cause analysis (RCA), presented outcomes, proffered corrective actions to prevent repeat and cascaded learnings from incident across Shell companies in Nigeria (SCiN).
* Oversaw safety strategy progress and maintained compliance with deadlines to support standards and process optimization for contractors and staff.

* Performed regular safety hazard assessments to reduce risks and promote positive behaviours at all levels
* Managed quality assurance program including on site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys. Achievements:
* Safety award for spearheading achievement of goal zero in 2015
* Designed safety strategies to meet company needs and supported implementation across SCiN
* Drove safety campaigns and operational improvements that resulted in significant savings.
* Designed process for cascading Learnings from Incidents across SCiN.
