➔ Achievements● Managing:§ Order To Cash (Hybris) solution + § Product Information Management (Hybris) + § Stock management System (Micro-service on AWS) + § Store Location (Webservices) + § Point of Sales systems with Scrum team from Accenture Milan & Poland and PMI Product Owner + PMI Data Manager for each solution. ● Managing data quality + data lineage + data harmonization for each commerce solutions ● Establishing requirements and developing User Stories ● Developing and managing KPI that validate the Scrum Team Commerce work at the end of each Sprint (3 weeks) ● Managing Reference Data and Master Data with SAP MDG in conjunction with Product Owner, Data Managers and MDG Dev. team.
➔ Objectives● Develop the French-speaking Switzerland cash register market● Help customers to change obsolete credit card readers in partnership with Six Payment Services
➔ Achievements● Find new customers and new ways to increase the sales of the newly developed cash register software. ● Facilitates the exchange over 150 credit card readers in French-speaking Switzerland.
IOC➔ Objectives• Data analysis and data mapping coming from a SharePoint (2003 & 2007) environment with the objectives to produce a transposition map in order to migrate to SharePoint online. ➔ Achievement• Data discovery and analysis was based on raw data provided by all IOC units. ➔ Objectives● Gather requirements for a data platform that envision the data strategy of the Ville de Lausanne. ● Implement use-cases on a Hadoop distribution as a Proof of Concept.
➔ Achievements● Gathering and analysis of stakeholders requirements - affinity diagram session to organize ideas and data with an emphasis on risks. ● Analysis of different data platforms with the aim of making proposals for recommendations. ● Development of a Proof of Concept (PoC): dashboards that include KPIs for the department’s direction. ● Use existing tools or systems already in production that leverage the actual architecture of the information system. ● PoC development on Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP 2.6) in order to implement several data use case (data transformation, data security, data lineage in Python).
Several consulting projects in the field of data led in parallel. Philip Morris International ➔ Objectives● Definition of the data platform for the PoC including Azure cloud components.● Infrastructure selection and sizing to fulfill use cases requirements. ● Implementation of two business intelligence use-cases.● Documentation redaction. ➔ Achievements● Gathering and analysis of the business intelligence requirements from the BI groups worldwide. ● Selection of the cloud infrastructure for the PoC and deployment of a Hadoop distribution on clusters of Linux machines on Azure (HDInsight & IaaS). ● Implementation of BI use-cases with Apache Hive and Apache Spark (Python + data libraries). La Poste ➔ Objectives● Optimize in speed and quality the document generation for private customers.
➔ Achievements● Requirements were gather and analyze from the stakeholders for the implementation of the use cases on a Hadoop distribution (Cloudera). ● Implementation of the use cases based on several scenarios given by La Poste. Universal Postal Union (UPU) ➔ Objectives● Find the best solution for real-time parcel tracking and propose some specification of the infrastructure that will support this. ● Elaborate the use cases that will provide new business value for the stakeholders.
➔ Achievements● Gather requirements for the infrastructure specification for a Hadoop cluster. ● Develop a PoC with a Hadoop distribution on a 5 machines cluster with Hortonworks HDP (development was done in Python with data libraries). ● Elaborate final recommendations for a production-ready environment. SBB ➔ Objectives● Add new features and maintain existing ones for a Hadoop platform used to analyze in real-time 50 sensors on a locomotive.
➔ Achievements● Development of new data transformation methods that optimize the data pipeline in order to increase the speed of the system (Python + data libraries). Competec (Brack) ➔ Objectives● One-day workshop on data technologies and especially on collaborative filtering techniques for an electronic e-commerce company with Apache Spark MLlib.
➔ Achievements● Half a day presentation on the different machine learning libraries available for Apache Spark. ● Development session with the team in order to help them with the implementation of a recommender system.
➔ Objectives● Business manager IT in charge of the development of the Suisse Romande market (market analysis, customer acquisition, consultant management). ● Internal ERP process analysis in order to improve the system for consultants. ● Internal accounting process analysis & VBA development for specific accounting process automation.
➔ Achievements● Acquisition of a good knowledge of the Suisse Romande IT companies market. Elaboration of competitive analysis document of this market. ● Optimization of accounting and ERP process using process mining techniques.
TL - Transports Publics Lausannois 27.5.2013 – 14.6.2013 ➔ Objectives● IT obsolescence analysis ➔ Achievements● Gathering and analysis of the information on the IT infrastructure of the TL.● Elaboration of an inventory for the management of all public transportation systems as well as the analysis of the obsolescence of those systems in order to take appropriate decisions for the development of a new tram line. Merck Serono 2.4.2013 – 10.4.2013 ➔ Objectives● Analysis of technical documents (Technical Document File) of their new GPRS / UMTS injector and its wireless base before its submissions to various control authorities such FDA and EMA. This in conjunction with project managers and quality department.
➔ Achievements● Approval by the managers of the Technical Document File, and after a while, by the authorities. CHUV - Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois 1.11.2011 – 31.9.2012 ➔ Objectives● Assist with the development of Soarian information system in hospital units.
➔ Achievements● Business analysis of the current process in order to simplify the system for end users. ● Development and maintenance of the clinical letters module used by doctors and medical administration. ● Management of the project of the incorporation of new features in the text editor of Soarian platform, as well as its development. ● Development new workflow processes for the system with Tibco. CHUV - Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois 1.3.2013 – 29.10.13 ➔ Objectives● Deploy a new identity and access management (IAM) system for a hospital based on an identity and access platform designed by Evidian.
➔ Achievements● Analysis of the requirements that permits the implementation of the new solution. ● Assistance in the deployment of its new identity management (GDI) based on a identity and access platform designed by Evidian. ● Deployment of the role-based access control system from Evidian. CHUV - Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois 1.10.2012 – 31.1.2013 ➔ Objectives● Upgrade a dozen management applications based on business needs and coordinate their integration into the new ERP Qualiac.
➔ Achievements● Business analysis with each stakeholders of each application in order to discuss if it’s the best solution to migrate the application or not. ● Integration and optimization of the current business application developed on Oracle to Qualiac ERP.
