Full Stack Developer

Asan Pardakht is an electronic Payment Service Provider that also sells mobile recharge, air time and bill payment services. Its experience is in offering these services through the POS, USSD, Internet Payment Gateway and mobile application.

• ITSM:
It is a web based ticketing system based on ISO 27001. It was developed for a call center which has about 300 users in AP and their agencies in the whole of Iran. It uses technologies like signalR to respond to phone calls within web page and help the operator to register the ticket. It also manages the flow of ticket through the predefined workflow.
As a part of a team my duty was development, generating documents, managing communications with other teams and analyzing customer needs.
Technologies and frameworks: Entity framework, Asp.Net web forms, C#, Web-Api, javascript, jQuery, SignalR
• AP(Mobile Web-App):
AP is a mobile application from AsanPardakht (AP) company with 40,000,000+ installations on Android and IOS devices. It has been developed by native tools for each platform (IOS and android). There are many web based activities (web-app parts of the application) inside the application which provide web-based contents. Company has the capability of real-time content delivery using Web-App activities.
As a part of a team my duty was to develop web-app web pages, generating documents, managing communications with marketing teams and analyzing customer needs.
