After 3 years of teaching in one of the biggest freediving schools in the world, I am now teaching freediving as a freelancer around the world through the diving agency PADI. Freediving is a sport focused on relaxation techniques, both physical and mental. My time is spent teaching and coaching students how to relax and feel better underwater, all on one breath. I am also an Emergency First Response (EFR) instructor, which allows me to teach people to provide CPR and first aid to adults and children in case of a medical emergency.
