I joined Proxym Group in January 2018 with the goal of creating a strong marketing team "From Scratch". Founded in 2006, Proxym is an international digital services group with more than 170 employees in 3 continents serving more than 400 customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As Head of Marketing, I managed to: 1- Inject a new Performance-Oriented (Analytics & KPIs) Marketing Vision for the group, based on these 4 pillars (Management, Content, Communication & Automation). 2- Create a new Marketing department within the group and bring together talented people in the team around these Global Marketing Goals:

(EMEA) ✪ Improve the visibility of the Group's brands and entities, offer better communication and quality content to our target contacts through a content-based Inbound Marketing and Lead nurturing strategy. ✪ Retain, support and advise customers through a strategy of Customer Nurturing. ✪ Generate more sales and partnership opportunities for the group and its various entities. ✪ Create an HR Marketing & Communication process to help the group attract more talents. ✪ Support the sales team with high-quality documentation and materials. ✪ Help the group to establish effective synergies between its different entities.
