As a PM I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of a project (such as Valentino.com, Armani.com, Bottegaveneta.com mobile, Stoneisland.com, RedValentino.com), coordinating of both the internal and external resources dedicated to the project with the end result of assuring the achievement of agreed upon targets.

I was involved and a main actor in all the phases of a mono-brand online stores creation, working with tech and supply-chain departments, art direction, brand management team.
