• Created a new 3.1 event-based API to allow the generation of payment flows / physical flows based on external events.

• Introduced Agile and XP methodologies in the engineering team to optimize the resources allocation and efficiency.
• Introduced an online agile project management and issue tracking tools to sustain a globally distributed engineering team.
