Managing operations projects for a team of thirty user researchers within the Digital and Technology department of the Ministry of Justice.
• Working closely together with the Head of User Research and user research leads to launch an internal User Research Training programme -

• Organizing and scheduling biweekly team meetings, ations as well as making discussions happen in an effort to bring a team working in four different UK cities closer together.
• Managing purchasing of tools and software for the team and defining the process for tools usage.
