Luxx Curves – Global e-commerce brand (online)July 2018 - January 2020

• Developed and implemented new sales and marketing strategies including new partnerships, new branding, Google/YouTube/Facebook advertising, social media/influencer marketing, website optimization, software implementation, such as Asana, Slack, HelpDesk, Aweber, ManyChat, Google Suite… amongst many others, which resulted in a consistent revenue increase of 17% monthly on average (quadrupled net profits since July 2018).
• Optimized website by improving graphics, tabs and shopping cart. Transferred from Wordpress to Shopify. Implemented marketing tools such as 24h chat, emergency call to action, games and social proof applications amongst others, that resulted in more than 800% conversions increase. Used Printful to create personalized gifts for loyal customers and created other incentive and loyalty programs.
• Created Facebook Ad Campaigns that doubled sales revenue in less than 6 months, with a CTR of 4.8%.
• Strategically planned product marketing campaigns, including generating excitement for new product rollout through Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Youtube, SMS, and email marketing.
• Created and implemented Influencer Marketing strategies using Instagram and Youtube influencers that resulted in more than 140 collaborations and $850,000 revenue.
• Improved SEO by regular content creation and keyword implementation, metadata, alt tags, outbound links, Google search console…amongst others.
• Found new fulfillments centers in different continents that optimized product’s delivery and saved more than 15% of shipping expenses.• Opened and managed Amazon accounts in all Amazon areas (US, UK, Europe, Australia and Canada), overseeing accounts health through keyword-optimized listings, image optimization and Amazon policy adherence, which resulted in a consistent monthly growth of more than 28% on all Amazon sales combined.
• Elaborated and analyzed detailed financial reports weekly, including mid and long-term strategy.
• Networked at prestigious business seminars, summits, and masterminds that led to collaborations and partnerships, which contributed greatly to position the brand as the leading waist trainer brand.
• Represented Founder as a PR Manager and “right-hand woman”, which led to numerous media mentions and appearances, strongly contributing to her personal branding expansion and recognition.
• Secured over 50 partnerships and affiliate agreements for Founder.
• Managed two Youtube channels, with over 250k subscribers combined, and increased subscribers by 450%. Researched and advised on Youtube hot-topics and trends for video ideas. Prepared and scheduled the videos in advance (4 videos a week usually) using a systemized process on Asana. Pre-designed thumbnail and thumbnail text for the thumbnail designer. Created tittle, description and call to actions based on keyword research, as well as related video recommendations throughout the video based on popularity and similarity. Released videos at particular times, based on timing research for our particular niche. Promoted each video release on all social media platforms creating attractive intros that spark curiosity to viewers. Made sure emails (sometimes including blog posts) were sent at the same time as each video release.
• Supervised every blog post before publishing, optimizing it for SEO when needed, with particular attention to aesthetics, message delivery and call to action efficiency.
• Created and managed different teams and created new departments. Organized and led weekly meetings.
• Created SOPs for each team role and supervised that each team member performs at their best.
• Created incentive programs for each team member that increased team motivation and performance.

World Travel Awards – London, UKAugust 2015 - June 2018

• Successfully created new business assessments (more than 100) generating more than £900K, for iconic awards and events like the "World Travel Awards", the "World Luxury Expo Series", the "Golf Travel Awards", the "Ski Travel Awards" and the "Spa Travel Awards", by liaising with sponsors, partners, exhibitors and guests including HNWI, mainstream TV channels, government figures, leading financial corporations such as American Express, top luxury fashion brands, royal family members and Founders of top brands within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Managed the Digital Marketing and Communications department. Developed strategies that grew both sales and brand awareness as well as social media following by more than 35000% over 2 years (different platforms combined), by implementing digital marketing strategies, SEO optimization, press releases, media content publishing and by attending personally to meetings, exhibitions and conferences within the luxury travel industry in all 5 continents.• Strategized and developed successful digital marketing campaigns by using different tools such as press releases, automated email campaigns, website content creation and optimization, Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube advertising, Google advertising (including PPC, Ad Words, AdSense and Google Maps), SMS and Facebook messenger advertising, SEO optimization, and by opening other social media platforms such as Twitter and Pinterest, that greatly contributed to brand exposure.
• Managed and coordinated the sales team, leading team meetings on a weekly basis, increasing team spirit via an array of different incentive systems and by making sure that communication was outstanding between all teams.
• Presented (as a live host/presenter) more than 20 of the iconic World Travel Awards galas broadcasted in TV live in English and Spanish. Interviewed and built rapport with numerous VIP clients and sponsors from television and social media channels that reached millions of people around the world.
