Within this role I worked as a 2nd line technician in a small team of 3; looking after 180+ teaching spaces with over 500+ computers. The Job consisted of maintaining, upgrading and supporting the Audio Visual systems.

Ultimately if there was an issue with the systems I would have to identify the fault and fix it within our SLA driven targets to minimize system downtime.

We also managed the our own 250+ Active Directory/ SCCM managed computers across our teaching spaces.

I also independently supported commercial events on campus providing hire design, costs and 1st line support for the events by providing extra audio, video and video conferencing for our customers
