GOAL OF THE GLOBAL PROJECT: Centralisation of the 5 JTI agencies inside a same new building - Member of the engineering team in charge of the Audio Video and Network delivery for the new JTI global Head Quarter: implementation of 1000+ working stations, 200+ wireless access points, video conference meeting rooms, IPTV, a screen wall visible at the entrance.
- Member of the technical team in charge of the office move of all employees in the new building: team in charge to coordinate the office delivery for more than 1000 users (network, screens, printers, etc.) moving from 4 sites to the new headquarters building.
- Project manager for different services of JTI: I was the main technical intermediary between many JTI internal services (as General Services, Communication & Events) and the Network and System team. One of the many projects was to configure a windows server that will intercept SNMP traps coming from a server of the Security Network and generate evacuation alerts on common place’s screens (coffee points, etc…) regarding the SNMP trap. For this project were handled VLAN configuration and routing, firewall configuration…
- Management of 6 L1 technicians: resources planning, incidents reports, work process design and validation. - Level 2 Technical Support Engineer: Windows Systems & Services (2003 to 2012 R2, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Printing Services, Remote Desktop, backups, virtualization, etc…), network and security configuration (Vlans, firewall and routing protocols, Access Lists, etc…) for various clients. - Project Manager Junior: Active Directory migration, VMWARE solutions implementation, Office 365 integration, backups, etc.

CSD INGENIEURS : - Support Engineer for Europe and Switzerland (Romandie) - IT support for French, Belgian & Swiss collaborators (level 1) - LAN, WAN and Servers problems solving for the French branch.
EODD INGENIEURS CONSEILS : - Migration of “CSD Ingénieurs France” to “EODD Ingénieurs Conseils”. - New Active Directory and Office 365 implementation for the entire company: migration from Windows Server 2003 to Server 2012 R2. - Complete network redesign and optimization to reduce costs and improve security (MPLS managed internally, internet link aggregation, etc...) - Integration of new agencies (La Rochelle, Guadeloupe) to the group: full IT setup (servers, laptop & workstations, backup services) and integration to the MPLS and AD domain. - Complete office move from Marseille to Aix-en-Provence: full IT infrastructure integration (network & cabling, servers, backups & LAN security, Wireless access) - Implementation of VOIP for the entire group.
- Network supervision for key account customers (200 agencies across France, Italy and Germany) - Client Manager responsible for level 1 support team (Windows server, Linux servers, HP Procurve…) - Network upgrades and performance improvements - Process documentation and validation
