MISSION DESCRIPTION
  • Creating the vision and the product roadmap.
  • Defining feature requests.
  • Developing scope and the product backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
  • Accountable for each stage of the development process, scheduling releases, coordinating sprints and the final product.
  • Representing the voice of the end user to the Scrum Development team.
  • Overseeing the development stages - working with stakeholders to identify and organize the steps required for the next iteration, providing direct functional assistance to the end users before and after the release.
