GP Analyst for one of the world’s leading suppliers of systems, components and embedded software for the automotive industry.

The main scope of the project was to support the Key Users for all EMEA area through the SAP and IBM ticketing systems.
- Created documentation for new business modules to be integrated into the system, to hold telecom and online sessions for end-users and Support I teams.
  • Creating online purchasing organizations, it's key users and end-users.
  • Solving any related to support level II tickets.
  • Documenting the level III tickets.
  • Testing, documenting and implementing new programs/systems/modules in order to improve the workflow.
  • Checking the authorized and security documents, missing information.
  • Updating the database and checking the new conditions.
Main results.
- Improved the relationship between Support Level II and III and also implemented a new documentation transfer process.
- Supported the launch of a new product: created the tutorial and started the online community and blog with more than 2.000 users.
