Created in 2017, the startup raised 3 million euros in 2020 to strengthen the development of the platform and its international expansion.
To support its scalability, Neobrain wanted to expand its teams, looking for two profiles that are very popular on the market: data scientists and full-stack developers.

While traditional recruitments take six to nine months, Neobrain welcomed four new freelance developers in just one month.

At this time, eight developers and a freelance Product Manager are working for Neobrain, which now relies on hybrid teams that mix employees and IT freelancers.
Paul Courtaud freely concurs that they are now an integral part of the company. Without them, he continues, “there are contracts that we would have had to turn down. Freelancing has allowed us to gain opportunities to continue to grow.”
