About Irina Scarlat

An entrepreneur at heart, full-stack product marketer & team builder Irina Scarlat has 12+ years of business experience, 10 of them in tech.

Her extensive experience includes both startups and big brand names. She was the Lead Marketing Manager at Uber Romania, where she shaped the local strategy and worked on strategic regional projects & initiatives.

After that, Irina joined Revolut in 2018, going from Country Manager in Romania to the Global Head of Growth, as she managed to grow the local market from 20k to almost 1.5M users.

In 2021, she became the first Chief Growth Officer of Bitpanda, with an agenda to continue the FinTech’s rapid scaling and transform this Unicorn into Europe’s number one investment platform.
