About Jean-Paul Lacombe
Jean-Paul is a seasoned professional with over 9 years of experience in project management. He has successfully led software development projects for more than 25 clients (both startups and established companies) and supervised international teams of up to 70 team members at a time. His projects have spanned from 50 to over 4,000 man-days.
In 2018, Jean-Paul relocated to Guadalajara, at the heart of Mexico’s own Silicon Valley, to establish Pentalog’s newest nearshore delivery center – designed to serve clients from North America, among other countries. The scope of his responsibilities included office setup, personnel recruitment, and management, deployment of the group’s best practices for high-quality communication and software delivery, client support through every stage of a digital project (business follow-up, consulting on nearshore strategy and Agile methodology implementation, project management).
In 2021, he was appointed Chief Customer Success Officer for the Americas, responding to strong demands from US clients by overseeing a multifaceted strategy to ignite growth for Pentalog in the area.
