3 stages to ensure the success of your transition
One Step Beyond stands for a 3-stage commitment between Pentalog and its customer for a minimum period of 3 years.
- 1st year: Transferring your activities to Eastern Europe
During the first year, Pentalog assists you in transferring your projects to its nearshore delivery centers in Eastern Europe. In the course of this stage, we offer you the opportunity to minimize risks starting with reducing your costs by appealing to the services of our nearshore Delivery Center in Romania or the Republic of Moldova. The transition is made very easily thanks to the nearshore advantages:

Centers as often as you like in order to perfect the organization issues and give your approval for your team profiles.
- 2nd year: Transferring part of your activities to Asia
Starting with the 2nd year, depending on your project, we may start transferring part of your activities to Asia. They shall remain under the supervision of the European team and your interlocutors don’t change. For instance, testing activities are the first which can be transferred within a software development project. In this case, there is a double advantage: on the one hand, we can take advantage of the time difference when performing the tests so that the European team is informed of the results at the beginning of their work day. This system works both ways and the encountered bugs can be corrected before the Asian team starts work the following day. Therefore, there is a double optimization for a two-fold efficiency increase.
- Starting with the 3rd year: Transferring the remaining activities to Asia under European management
All the activities are transferred to the Hanoi Delivery Center, where the team has reached its full development stage. In order to facilitate the transition, the project will remain under Eastern European management so that you can still benefit from the nearshore advantages.
Depending on the maturity of your project in terms of outsourcing, we invite you to embark on the last stage, meaning the full transfer to Asia, including the management activities.

Cost cutsEventually, starting with the third year, you will benefit from a further cost decrease, as the invoicing will be made based on Asian average daily rates. At this stage, the savings amount to as much as 40%.
