Infrastructure: the infrastructure of your site is managed in a Virtual Private Cloud. Moving from a shared to a dedicated infrastructure or power (processor, memory and storage) changes can be done in just a few clicks. In the Setup Pack, the resources are shared by all the machines, and this ensures maximum efficiency at the lowest cost. Starting from a certain service level, the servers are organized in a cluster in order to distribute the workloads. Finally, the hostings which require very high availability are deployed on several Data Centers.
Backup: the systematic and incremental backup is carried out on a daily basis, with a retention period of one month.
The backup can be customized for a longer retention period or a higher frequency. Pentalog invoices this service depending on the used storage volume (per GB).
Bandwidth: the Pentalog infrastructure uses several national and international operators in order to ensure the Cloud platformavailability and performance. Bandwidth consumption is invoiced according to the consumption (per Mbps).
