The corporate IT system offered by Pentalog is based on a wide range of Cloud services:

• The corporate directory gathers all the users of your Virtual Private Cloud. Access rights have been assigned for using the tools. For example, an e-mail address and an account for the standard tools are created automatically in the directory for each new user.
• Authentication Single-Sign-On (SSO) guarantees the user’s identity and facilitates the access to various IT tools thanks to a unique authentication for all the applications.
• The DNS server facilitates access to corporate tools integrated in your Virtual Private Cloud. You can use a domain name which can be accessed in-house (“my-company.cloud”) and a quick access to your applications within the Cloud, for example “crm.my-company.cloud”.
• The bandwidth is shared with the VPN access and the Internet access (website, messaging etc.). To guarantee the fairest price, we invoice bandwidth based on your consumption per 1Mbps.
• The hosting of your Cloud infrastructure is flexible and according to your needs. We offer several levels of IT resources (power, storage, bandwidth) and a monthly report (resource use, recommendations).
• Security: for protecting your resources and your private data, the access to your Virtual Private Cloud is done via a VPN (from a mobile phone, a laptop or an Internet site) with a view to guaranteeing the encryption of data exchange and user identity. Your data are located in France. Security protocols can be implemented upon request.
• A systematic and incremental backup is carried out on a daily basis. It can be configured per application for a longer retention period or higher frequency. Pentalog invoices this service based on the storage space used (per GB).
• The file sharing within your Virtual Private Cloud can replace your company file server and makes possible secure file sharing with your customers and partners.
• Messaging includes an automatic anti-spam filter and an antivirus system. The e-mails are encrypted.
