Our newest client and partner is a significant French developer of SaaS-based business management software designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The company develops customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that provides management tools, digital transformation, and performance metrics for businesses in all industry sectors, mainly trade, industry, and services.

You will be in charge of implementing the solutions and functionalities in accordance with the needs specified by the client. The management of projects and the implementation of applications in accordance with the requirements and schedule will be an additional essential responsibility of yours.
 

Job requirements

  • Previous experience carrying out a functional audit;
  • Deep understanding of the needs, in order to suggest relevant functional solutions;
  • Ability to propose business solutions and to synthesize data;
  • Knowledge of project management methodology;
  • Prior encounters with IT tools (Trello, JIRA etc.) and design a job aid/ guidelines;
  • In-depth knowledge on how to use/ query the SQL database;
  • Ability to write functional documents (analysis, report etc.);
  • Advanced ability to lead meetings, trainings and manage internal/external resource schedules while meeting deadlines and budgets;
  • Experience in detecting new client’s needs and offer relevant solutions;
  • Adaptability in a challenging environment, while taking the right decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills both within the company and with clients/ customers;
  • A “team first” mindset, looking forward to building connection and work with a passionate and talented team;
  • Autonomous and responsible;
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and oral.
