About the project

Pentalog is looking for a Learning Operational Responsible who will assist our CTO in managing internal/ external training, by managing the knowledge and learning programs within the company group.

In this position, along with the CTO and the CQO, you will interact with Project Directors and Project Managers.

As a Learning Operational Responsible, you will have an instrumental role in implementing and monitoring Pentalog’s Learning Program.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good level of English (C1 level).

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement the training plan by organizing and monitoring the training sessions;
  • Facilitate the eLearning process by managing the access of trainees and providing usage indicators;
  • Create new instances and update the training catalogue;
  • Ensure follow-up on foreign language training;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training;
  • Maintain communication with the trainers;
  • Create, consolidate and analyze the learning program indicators;
  • Provide regular information on the training programs available, on the company’s internal communication channels;
  • Analyze the documents and data in order to create statistics meant to improve training practices;
  • Collect data, create analyses and transmit them to the superior officers;
  • Participate in updating processes and procedures related to training and knowledge sharing;
  • Contribute to the development of monitoring tools, indicators and dashboards;
  • Manage and monitor the satisfaction level of all the people involved in the learning program, by developing internal satisfaction surveys.

Extra skills

  • Experience in a similar role that involves training and learning programs;
  • French language skills would be great;
  • Knowledge of technical terms would be nice to have, but is not mandatory.
