This role calls for a seasoned Business Analyst/Product Owner who will be pivotal in enhancing sales efficiency through effective management of sales tools and strengthening of sales processes. You will engage with commercial teams to drive process improvements, select and implement appropriate tools, and ensure the adoption and optimization of our client’s Sales Tech stack. Your contributions will help maximize ROI and drive substantial growth.
 

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Extensive experience in Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or Finance, with a track record of growing responsibilities;
  • Proven background in a sales role with direct client interaction;
  • Proficient in Analytics, including Reporting and Dashboarding, with the skill to perform complex analyses and deliver clear insights;
  • Experience managing a CRM system, especially Salesforce, is preferred;
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and a results-driven approach;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Willingness to embrace challenges, coupled with a proactive attitude, quick learning ability, and strong team spirit;
  • Excellent communication and English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional best practices in sales process improvements and CRM system support;
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize key CRM reports and dashboards;
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to foster continuous process improvement;
  • Monitor sales process efficiency, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to continually enhance sales efficiency.
