How we hire:
At Pentalog, excellence is what you'll do. We're guided by a mission to positively impact the software development world.
One of the biggest providers of customer experience products and solutions has developed a software that specializes in customer relationship management. Now, our client needs help with their next generation, cloud-based service delivery and workforce management platform.
In order to build reliable, highly scalable and secure BPO software products to meet customers’ needs and generate recurrent revenue, the company is looking for a Node.js Developer with a solid background in AWS.
This existing omnichannel CRM enables every customer care agent and team lead to train, work and communicate within the same system, as well as use the same processes to provide customers with live chat and phone support.
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, the team that you will be working with is organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers; the DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all the squads.
Main technologies used:

At Pentalog, your talents & ambitions are recognized and rewarded; we offer plenty of opportunities to develop, both individually, as well as a professional, and we reward our collaborators who understand the importance of self-improvement.
