We are looking for an Office Administrator to join the administrative-financial department at our Bucharest agency. The ideal candidate for this role would be a sociable, communicative and dynamic person.

The position is entry-level (but experience in a similar role would be appreciated), with an option for 6-hours workdays.

Job requirements

  • Higher education graduate;
  • Excellent Office pack skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Rigor and attention to details; 
  • Autonomous, fast-learning person, with the ability to solve various situations; 
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills; 
  • Promptness and self-control in dealing with unforeseen or urgent situations;
  • English and/or French language skills (at least on a conversational level).

Responsibilities

  • Management of company resources (headquarter, apartments, cars);
  • Collaboration with internal departments: HR, legal, accounting;
  • Keeping in touch with suppliers, launching orders and adequate supply according to office needs, participating in the annual inventory;
  • Writing documents and various summarizing tables (certificates, requests, reports, etc.);
  • Organizing documents, updating the existing archive, courier tasks;
  • Management of travel and workplace expenses;
  • Preparation of summaries specific to office management activities;
  • Keeping in touch with public institutions, local and central administrations in particular (e.g. through activities such as filing statements).

Extra skills

  • Experience in the economic or legal field would be an advantage that will allow for your contract extension;
  • Payroll experience would be a great advantage (not mandatory).
