Currently, we are partnering with a rapidly growing startup that is disrupting the travel industry, and we're seeking a Technical Support professional to join their team. 

This online marketplace is committed to delivering value to travelers and tour operators through their innovative single-page applications. The client, an Austrian-based company, is a well-known player in the travel industry, offering customers the ability to split the payment of tours between travelers. Their platform enables users to compare and book multi-day tours in over 160 countries, connecting them with over 2,500 carefully screened operators and providing access to more than 50,000 travel experiences worldwide.

Their services are tailored for tech enthusiasts and online travelers, with itineraries, guides, travel experts, and deals available 24/7, along with video and photo samples.

Job requirements

  • Analytical mindset, strong work ethic and thoroughness;
  • Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude;
  • 1-2 years experience in account management and dealing with third parties;
  • Technical expertise with API solution (REST paradigm), authentication mechanisms (OAuth), and automation/testing tools;
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive end-user documentation;
  • Ability to deal with changing demands in a dynamic startup environment;
  • Experience with Kibana/OpenSearch or similar tools for log monitoring;
  • Fluent English is required;
  • B1 in German is a great plus.


  • Reading API specifications and providing comprehensive feed analysis and usage;
  • Maintaining and creating detailed well-structured documentation such as data import summaries, user guides, FAQs, etc.;
  • Collaborating with the product management and technical team in enabling the adoption of new features by our customer base;
  • Data reporting and manipulation of CSV files and spreadsheets;
  • Supporting the sales/customer success team with tech experience and insights;
  • Managing customer accounts, including setting up new users and credentials;
  • API testing with Postman;
  • Handling 1st level support for partners requests, and helping troubleshoot potential issues;
  • Technical monitoring of the system health and performance.
