About the project

For our client, an American digital commerce & payments provider, we’re seeking a hands-on Product Owner with a background in FinTech or e-Commerce. 

This is an important role to help identifying system and process solution components, producing functional specifications for solution components or possibly for the integrated solutions.

Job requirements

  • Previous work experience with consumer-facing product management roles;
  • Background in FinTech or e-Commerce: financial reconciliations, card acquiring, alternative payment methods, or banking – is preferred;
  • Strong track record of defining and driving the launch of successful products; 
  • Solid proficiency with Atlassian and PowerPoint; 
  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptualization ability;
  • Proven experience as a Manager or Product Analyst;
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications; 
  • Self-starter-success driven and hard-working to make things happen;
  • Team player who likes to work with others and is flexible to get the job done;
  • Advanced English knowledge.
     

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, process flows; 
  • Identify system and process solution components, produce functional specifications for solution components or possibly for the integrated solutions; 
  • Ensure that specifications are implementable by validating them with the engineering team; 
  • Test the product for quality assurance and validate client requirements; 
  • Participate in product launch readiness activities (documentation, training, etc.); 
  • Provide technical support across multiple clients and projects simultaneously; 
  • Create internal and public documentation explaining the functionality, setup, and dependencies.
